Referral Offer

^*Northwest Bank – Refer-A-Friend Account Offers:

The person making the referral (Referrer) will earn a $50 Visa® Virtual Reward for each individual referred (Referred Person) to Northwest Bank who registers for the offer, opens a new qualified Northwest Bank account and completes the offer requirements within the time specified in the offer. To make a referral, the Referrer must be an existing Northwest customer in good standing, register for the program and share the offer with their friends and family. A Referrer may earn up to $500 in Visa® Virtual Rewards within a calendar year. Only one Referrer may receive a Visa® Virtual Reward for each Referred Person who fulfills the requirements.

Checking Account Offer:

To earn a $400 Visa® Virtual Reward, the Referred Person must register by following the link provided in the referral email or on social media, open a new Northwest Bank personal checking account (Affinity, Affinity Plus or Affinity Premier), and meet the following requirements within 60 days of account opening:

• Make direct deposits totaling $1,000 or more AND
• Complete 10 posted Northwest debit card transactions (POS, Mobile Wallet and ATM are eligible)

Account must be open at the time the reward is issued.

A qualifying Direct Deposit is an Automated Clearing House (ACH) credit, which may include payroll, pension, or government payments (such as Social Security). You must open the new checking account within 180 days of registering for this offer using the shared referral link that was shared by the referring party.

Credit Card Offer:

To earn a $100 Visa® Virtual Reward, the Referred Person must register by following the link provided in the referral email or social media and open a new Northwest credit card.

To Receive the Reward:

To receive the reward, your checking and/or credit card account must be open at the time the reward is issued. Offer is not available to existing Northwest Bank personal checking account or credit card customers or to those with a Northwest Bank personal checking account or credit card that has been closed within the last 12 months. Northwest Bank reserves the right to limit each customer to one new account-related bonus per calendar year. This reward may be subject to tax reporting. Please consult your tax advisor. Referrer:

To qualify for the $50 reward, you must make a qualified referral. To make a qualified referral, the referee must open an eligible account and satisfy the specific requirements to earn the reward. The $50 reward will be delivered as a digital Visa® rewards card within 2–3 weeks of the referee completing their requirements of eligibility. The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from Northwest Bank or ReferLive. Each person who registers at ReferLive authorizes future communications including emails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive or within such email. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Visa® Virtual Reward will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the time frames provided.

Please allow 2–3 weeks after completion of all requirements for delivery of the Visa® Virtual Reward. Visa® Virtual Rewards are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance and may be redeemed at Internet, Mail Order, and Telephone merchants wherever Visa® debit cards are accepted.
